Job Description
- BCom Accounting or BCom Auditing Degree Essential.
- Completed SAICA Articles Essential.
- CA (SA) Advantageous.
- 3 5 years experience required.
- Required computer packages: MS Office CaseWare Greatsoft and Pastel.
- Coordinate and oversee activities of trainee accountants.
- Supervision of audit engagements.
- Client liaison.
- Weekly staff briefing.
- Evaluation of employee performance.
- Liaison between directors and employees.
- Planning.
- Training mentoring and motivating employees.
- Coaching audit employees.
- Review statutory audits.
- Supervision and review of work performed by employees.
- Systems development.
- Compilation of business plans.
- Compliance with the firms System of Quality Management (SOQM) policies and procedures.
- Compliance with the firms Employee Code of Conduct which consists of the firms HR policies SAICA IRBA and IESBA Codes of Conduct.
