Utility & Maintenance Technician

Summary
The Utility & Maintenance Technician performs light maintenance duties around the facility. This person will also participate in general cleaning duties from time to time as assigned by the supervisor.
Schedule: MondayFriday 1st shift (On Call off hours for Emergencies)
Full Time with Benefits
Pay Rate $22.00 per hour
Job Duties
* Inspect spaces daily to identify problems with litter mechanical failure or breakdowns
* Respond to requests for maintenance services
* Change lights
* Perform small electrical and plumbing tasks including faucet and valve repairs and replacements
* Performs general fire & safety equipment inspections
* Set up for meetings and special events
* Performs other cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be mechanically inclined and have basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing work. Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance to contractual obligations required.
