Schedule:
Hours of operation: 8:00am 5:00pm
Preferred days for internship to come in for work: Monday Friday
Preferred working hours for apprentices: Part Time

Department Summary
Our Lawrence North high school internship program is a parttime opportunity designed to provide handson experience across five key functional areas Chemistry Requirements Engineering System Integration & Test Device & Software Investigative Unit and Disease Management Research. Over the course of the program you will contribute to meaningful projects gain insights into how businesses operate and explore a variety of career paths. Learning how to develop essential business soft skills including communication time management profession etiquette and independent working. You will also develop presentation and stakeholder management skills through regular updates and collaborative projects culminating in a final presentation that highlights your growth and contributions.
This internship position is located in Indianapolis onsite.
The Opportunity
Develop skills to clearly outline and structure your project goals and objectives.
Cultivate selfdirection and personal accountability while working autonomously.
Gain exposure to innovative tools and industryrelevant software applications.
Develop the ability to engage with stakeholders and align deliverables with their expectations.
Acquire the skills necessary to prepare and deliver impactful presentations.
Program Highlights
Intensive 8 months parttime paid internship.
Program start dates are August 2025 and ends in April 2026
Ownership of challenging and impactful businesscritical projects.
Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.
Who You Are (Required)
Required Education:
Must be a senior in high school with a STEM based academic focus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
Selfmotivated disciplined and able to manage time effectively.
Attentive to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
Required Majors:
Strong academic preparation in STEMrelated disciplines.
Preferred Knowledge Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $12 hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience qualifications geographic location and other jobrelated factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
