Senior Technical Product OwnerWhat does a successful Senior Technical Product Owner do at Fiserv
This is a fastpaced role that guides the product development lifecycle within agile frameworks ensuring products align with business goals and customer needs. You will effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams interact with product managers drive product strategy and manage the product backlog with clear concise user stories.
What you will do:
- Shape and share the product strategy with stakeholders.
- Translate business goals and customer needs into product requirements.
- Prioritize and refine the backlog to reflect business priorities.
- Interface with stakeholders product managers and the development team to align on product scope and delivery.
- Lead sprint planning and review sessions addressing roadblocks promptly.
- Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Conduct research to identify opportunities for product innovation.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelors degree in business computer science engineering or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in a product owner role with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
- Proficient in product management tools such as Jira Confluence and Aha!
What would be great to have:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
- Experience in the financial services and payments industry.
- Masters degree.
