Why We Have This Role
As Qualtrics continues to expand globally we need a strategic leader who can orchestrate our digital media investments while serving as a critical connector across our marketing ecosystem. This role will bridge paid media content creative and digital experience teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences that drive growth. Youll be responsible for scaling our digital presence and accelerating growth across regions while ensuring our media investments work in harmony with our broader marketing initiatives.
In this position youll solve complex challenges that span traditional marketing silos: How do we create seamless customer journeys from first ad impression to final conversion How do we optimize the interplay between paid media and organic content How do we ensure our creative assets perform across different channels and regions Your success will depend not just on media expertise but on your ability to collaborate across teams and align diverse stakeholders around common goals.
This transformationfocused role will help Qualtrics reshape how we approach digital marketing moving from channelspecific thinking to integrated customercentric strategies that drive meaningful business impact.

Things Youll Do
  • Lead global media planning and budget allocation $20M) across digital channels
  • Develop comprehensive digital strategies across paid search programmatic display social media and emerging channels
  • Establish measurement frameworks and optimization strategies across regions
  • Guide development of culturally relevant ad creative and messaging
  • Manage relationships with global media partners agencies and vendors
  • Collaborate with integrated marketing teams to ensure digital media strategies align with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Partner with creative and content teams to optimize ad creative performance and content distribution
  • Work closely with digital experience teams to ensure seamless customer journeys from ad engagement to website experience
  • Drive strategic alignment between paid media efforts and organic content strategy
  • Drive capacity planning and talent development for the global team
  • Partner with regional marketing leaders to align with local business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with international privacy regulations
What Were Looking For On Your Resume
  • 10 years of digital media experience with 7 years in B2B technology
  • Proven success managing global digital advertising budgets $20M)
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with integrated marketing creative and digital teams
  • Experience in orchestrating digital media strategies within broader marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and creative optimization
  • Experience leading distributed teams across multiple regions
  • Deep expertise in international paid search programmatic social and display advertising
  • Strong background in global marketing analytics and attribution modeling
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field
Nice to Have:
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree
  • Multiple language proficiency
  • Experience with global DSPs and ad tech ecosystem
  • International SaaS or enterprise software marketing background
  • Digital media certifications
  • Experience with international privacy regulations
