The beautifulSignia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet CreekandWaldorf Astoria Orlando are looking for their next Pastry Cook I to join the team! These two oneofakind properties boast 12 different dining outlets.
Ideal candidates for this position will have 35 years of pastry and bakery experience and has previously worked in a hotel setting. Seeking someone who has strongknowledge of bread and viennoiserie production including sourdough croissants brioche and other pastries.
Shift Pattern:candidates should be available to work flexible hours between 6 am and 9 pm weekdays/weekends/holidays as needed
Pay Rate:$24.02 per hour

What will I be doing
As a Pastry Cook you would be responsible creating preparing producing and baking all pastries breads rolls and desserts for food and beverage outlets in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
