| 1 Must pass Setup Test Battery. | | | | | | | |
| 2 Will be required to pass Entry Level Level I and Level II Skill evaluations within 9 months. | |
| 3 Must maintain Skill Level II to stay in Setup position. | | | | | |
| 4 Must have 6 month experience in CMG | | | | | | | | | | |
| ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: | | | | | | | | | | |
| Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position. Must not have active written | | |
| corrective action. | | | | | | | | | |
| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: | | | | | | | | | | |
| Attend to any redlight and startups before doing mold changes; unless directed otherwise. | | |
| Complete mold changes by obtaining mold from rack gathering necessary tools and | | |
| completing the change as instructed by work instructions to include material changes as | |
| necessary. Complete required paperwork (setup check sheets mold trouble report | | |
| condition sheets etc. Assist other setup operators during slow periods. Report mold | | |
| problems or questionable conditions to the department leader coordinator or | | | |
| supervisor. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and | | | | | | | | | | |
| follow prescribed safety regulations. Will be required to perform other duties as requested | | |
| directed or assigned. | | | | | | | | |
