Job Title: Site Acquisition Specialist Junior Level OJT provided.
Location:New England (Boston MA) area. WFH with travel locally within the New England market 3050 travel required).
Job Description:We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Site Acquisition Specialist to join our clients team in the New England area. This is an excellent opportunity for you to enter the Wireless Telecommunication field (cell site infrastructure) for a college graduate or someone with 12 years of experience looking to grow their career in the telecommunications industry. The role offers onthejob training and a competitive salary range of $60000 $65000.
Overview: Our clients customers wireless carriers such as AT&T Verizon and TMobile will identify multiple locations to place a cell tower to increase coverage and / or capacity. Your job will be to research the property owners contact them and discuss the possibility of building Cellular infrastructure on their property.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site acquisitions for customer projects including proposed cell site ownership research and identification analysis and qualification through completion of zoning approval.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure sites meet customer requirements.
- Assist in negotiating the leasing and/or purchasing of sites.
- Obtain all necessary permitting/zoning approval from national state and local agencies.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- A gogetter attitude with a strong foundation in one or more relevant fields such as commercial real estate sales paralegal work business development or experience with a corporate training program.
- Demonstrated drive and commitment to getting things done.
- A degree is preferred but not absolutely required.
- A track record of hard work and taking initiative.
- 12 years of related telecommunications Real estate or sales experience.
- Previous local permitting and zoning experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Real Estate records / Permitting / Zoning experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally within the New England market 3050 travel required).
- This is a fulltime workfromhome (WFH) position.
