Job Description
Position Title: Executive Producer Magic The Gathering Online
Studio/Department: MTGO/Live Development
Employee Type:Full Time Regular
Location: San Diego CA/Remote (Daybreak Approved Remote Locations (CA WA TX NY)
Salary Range: $150000 $200000 pay may vary on location.

Daybreak will now develop and publish Magic: The Gathering Online a video game adaptation of the global phenomenonMagic: The Gathering a tabletop and digital collectible card game enjoyed by millions of players worldwide and owned by Wizards of the Coast a subsidiary of Hasbro Inc.

TheExecutive Produceris responsible forbeing the Studio Head leading the overall studiobusiness andorganizationforMagic: The Gathering Onlinereporting to theCEO. This position will be responsible for:
- Responsible for the overall direction and success of the studio as a business unit
- Lead the team in establishing and guiding the longterm vision and direction of the game IP for the studio and franchise
- Own the vision for product process practices people and tools across the franchise
- Establish and drive of business plan for studio and franchise IP
- Scope and develop the plan against the vision
- Sequence and stackrank priorities into near medium and longterm for successful against the business plan
- Establish/refine resource plan team organizational and structure to successfully execute against plan
- Partner with department leaders to establish and maintain the product vision scope staffing plan schedule and budget
- Lead development management and direction of:
- Live game service and operations
- Content production systems features for the live game
- Lead exploration and development of investment plan for new game opportunities with the studios core IP
- Manage studio and development teams
- Oversee studio staffing across all key disciplines (e.g. production design engineering art live service product management project management and operations)
- Drive financial performance for the studio (e.g. existing live title and new investments)
- Report game and business performance to stakeholders and publisher on a regular cadence
- Foster relationships with partner teams and shared services to support the game
- Be a passionate ambassador for the game IP
Other Criteria
- Years of Experience Education and/or Certification
- 10 years of production development and product management experience on a live game as a service product
- 3 years of leadership role (within the 10 years of game experience)
- Additionally you should possess:
- Must have shipped multiple successful titles with significant experience in crossplatform and largescale live operations
- Strong knowledge and experience with F2P GaaS economy design and service operations
- Experience with and full embrace of data analytics and datadriven decisionmaking:
- Familiarity and utilization of A/B testing framework
- Leverage data to estimate expected outcomes and potential ROI then stack rank and prioritize
- Market awareness & analysis
- Consumer awareness & analysis
- Player and marketing management & analysis
- Highly processdriven expert inSDLCwith proven track record of quality development and against plans
- A passion for being in the trenches driving daytoday decisions while never losing sight of the highlevel vision.
