Job Description
Lia Toyota Colonie is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $55K$100K based on production and knowledge
SIGN ON BONUS: Up to $1500 based on experience training and certifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Basic Computer skills
Positive friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a clean and valid drivers license
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt courteous and effective service.
Take ownership of the customers experience by communicating all repair information and recommendations from the technician to the customer
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries whether phone or in person to assure a positive customer experience
Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians time is consistently sold to service customers.
Distribute work between technicians efficiently
