The ideal candidate will possess min 23 years of cocktail server/ food and beverage server experience ideally in a hotel/lounge setting will be a teamplayer and will have open availability and be able to work any evenings over weekdays weekends and holidays.
Shift Pattern: PM shifts between starting as early as 33.30PM and ending as late as business requires. Availability for holidays and weekends is required.
Pay Range: $15.00 per hour plus tips

What will I be doing
As a Cocktail Server you would be responsible for serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in appropriate pointofsale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with federal state local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is wellstocked at all times
