BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Location: San Francisco or Los Angeles CA
Our client a top AmLaw 50 international law firm is seeking a highlyqualified and motivated Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join their thriving Commercial Litigation Practice Groupin San Francisco or Los Angeles. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented litigator to take on sophisticated highstakes cases while working alongside some of the top legal minds in the field.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a toptier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in California.
- 46 years of substantive experience in complex business litigation with at least two years litigating in a law firm setting.
- Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience managing large and sophisticated litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent a diverse range of businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts as well as alternative dispute resolution venues.
- Manage all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings handling discovery motion practice depositions and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys on highprofile litigation matters at both local and national levels.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients ensuring effective case management and resolution.

In addition to working on cuttingedge litigation matters associates enjoy a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $310000 to $390000 annually based on experience.
