Program Manager

Position Overview

To successfully manage programs to profitability from early design or manufacturing stages to end of life stages by coordinating team activities and deliverables.

Quick Summary

A program manager leads efforts to develop and execute project plans to support NPI product launch sustain production through the continuous improvement of cost quality delivery service and endoflife services/support.

Basic Background Requirements:

  • Successfully Interview with relevant hiring team
  • Successfully pass preemployment drug test and background check

Key Performance Objectives

Short Term: 0 to 6 months)

Learn about the customers within the CFT and the interactions that are required to conduct business.

Facilitate PPV and Excess issues to resolution.

Serve as the point of contact for all customer issues that may arise.

Conduct internal and external PBRs

Midterm: 6 to 18 months)

Obtain a minimum of a Green Belt Certification in the plant.

Longer Term: >18 months)

Continue to grow in the position by picking up new customer wins.
