This position supports thedepartment leadersin the daytoday administrative activities of the department. Responsibilities include coordinating center procedures and regulatory agency compliance maintains personnel records and processes payroll coordinates/responds to Center projects and issues processes purchasing requests travel complies and coordinates budget and capital budget information for the department leaders. Researches information from different areas of the health center vendors Internet and other departments. First contact with Center personnel outside agencies and other departments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High schoolgraduate or equivalent. Post high school education in secretarial studies preferred.
Required length and type of experience:
Minimum five 5 years experience to include: Public contact Microsoft Office work in an office environment independent initiation of routine correspondence problem and discrepancy resolution.
