Job Description
The Diplomat Beach Resort is looking for a Server Assistant/Busperson to join their team.With four prestigious 4Diamond Awards Diplomat Prime stands as the highestrated steakhouse in South Florida setting the benchmark for excellence in steak and seafood cuisine.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of server assistant/busser experience in a fine dining upscale restaurant setting. Luxury hotel experience preferred but not mandatory. Seeking someone who understands elevated service standards and is a quick learner.
Shift Pattern: Must have full availability to work PM shift on weekdays weekends and holidays. Typical shifts are from 4pm11pm.
Pay Rate:$17.65 per hour

What will I be doing
As a Server Assistant you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Set and prepare tables for dining including but not limited to folding napkins cleaning and placing tableware serving water etc.
- Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
- Stock maintain and clean designated food station(s)
- Assist food server(s) with table service including but not limited to serving beverages breads etc.
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
