Position: Property Insurance Law Attorney
Location: Los Angeles California USA

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Attorney with a strong background in firstparty property insurance law to join a leading law firm dedicated to representing policyholders in complex insurance disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and clientfocused legal professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about achieving justice for insured individuals and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Advocacy: Represent policyholders in firstparty property insurance cases including coverage disputes claim denials and bad faith claims.
- Case Management: Handle a diverse litigation caseload conduct indepth legal research draft pleadings motions and other court documents.
- Negotiations: Engage with insurers opposing counsel and other stakeholders to negotiate favourable settlements.
- Court Representation: Represent clients during hearings depositions mediations and trials with a focus on delivering compelling and effective advocacy.
- Legal Analysis: Review and analyse insurance policies claims documentation and relevant materials to assess case strategy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team of attorneys paralegals and legal assistants to drive successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited US law school.
- Active license to practice law in California (Los Angeles jurisdiction).
- Minimum 7 years of litigation experience specifically in firstparty property insurance law.
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining client relationships and generating new business.
- Excellent legal research writing and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently from inception to resolution.
- Prior experience working with expert witnesses in insurance claim disputes.
- Familiarity with bad faith insurance practices and litigation strategy.

- Must be licensed to practice law in Los Angeles California
- Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be legally authorised to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
