While demonstrating Organizational Excellence you will be responsible for the following outcomes:
- Provide best in market service to the membership
- Offer products services and financial solutions to the membership
- Meet crosssell deposit and loan production goals
- Accurately process deposit and loan accounts for the membership
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma required with one years experience as a customer service representative in either a retail establishment or financial institution in which sales was a function of the job.
- Proven track record in member service.
- Present a professional image to the membership and community.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks demonstrate time management apply analytical/problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Computer experience required with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to take on varied assignments and work flexible schedule including Saturdays
