Role Overview
Join our team at Hale Kipa as a fulltime Guide on the Side Case Manager in a program dedicated to serving young adults facing homelessness. Your role will involve identifying eligible participants securing housing and providing case management services. You will also be responsible for teaching independent living and social skills assisting with employment vocational and educational resources and offering any other necessary services to support these young adults in successfully integrating into the community. This position is part of a teamoriented approach where collaboration and cooperation are key to achieving our mission.
Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree in a related field such as social work psychology sociology criminal justice or a similar discipline
- At least one year of experience working with youth/young adults is essential
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in navigating electronic health record systems.
- Consistent and timely documentation.
- A valid drivers license.
- Current auto insurance & safety check required.
- Access to a vehicle for the purpose of transporting young adults.

Salary
- $40000 $44000 annual
- Retention Bonus: $500 after 1 year of employment
