Job Description

Senior Tax Manager Financial Services

A wellestablished fastpaced financial services firm is looking to hire a Senior Tax Manager to support a mix of innovative and rapidly evolving business lines.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong partnership tax experience whos looking for a highimpact role with exposure to complex entity structures crossfunctional collaboration and strategic decisionmaking.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary tax advisor to two dynamic business units (venture capital infrastructure)
  • Manage and review partnership tax returns 1065s) and K1s
  • Oversee income tax provision reporting
  • Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance
  • Track regulatory changes and advise on strategic tax implications
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally on tax strategy for new deals structuring and operations
  • Identify and implement techforward tax process improvements

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of tax experience with a strong focus on partnership tax
  • Public accounting background with servicing financial services venture capital private equity or trading firms is highly preferred
  • CPA and/or MST
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills; ability to work across teams and influence decisionmakers
  • Experience navigating complex entity structures and multitier partnerships
