Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare servicesto theMissouri Department of Corrections.
We are currently seeking a fulltimeNurse (RN/LPN) Clinical Liaison to join our team at MO Regional Officelocated inJefferson City Missouri.
The Nurse (RN/LPN) Clinical Liaisonwill assist site staff with care plan development and provision of care for patients with acute and chronic infectious disease and serves as a consultant for nurses physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding care tracking and reporting of patients.
Qualifications
- Must hold valid RN license or LPN license (with approval) in Missouri
- 1 to 3 years experience providing nursing care in a public health environment or acute care setting with focus on infection prevention and control
- Experience working with a high degree of autonomy required
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must maintain current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR certification
- Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
- Must submit to and pass drug testing per agency requirements where applicable
- Must have at least two 2 years of related correctional experience or correctional healthcare experience with a state correctional system
