Job Description

Part of Omnicoms Precision Marketing Group RAPP is comprised of 2000 creatives technologists strategists and data and marketing scientists across 15 global markets.

YOUR ROLE:
RAPP is seeking an Account Executive for our agency. The expectation is that the AE is an expert in coordination demonstrating high proficiency in core Account Management skills. You will understand the agency portfolio of offerings and how to apply them to solve client business problems. You are an Agency driver that works to keep the agency operations moving along.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and maintain key relationships within the client organization.
  • Manage relationships with vendor products and work with vendor teams to optimize for the client
  • Evaluate Client processes and communicate opportunities for improvement
  • Builds expertise on a brands competitive landscape and product differentiators.
  • Understands appropriate research techniques for strategy creative and media needs.
  • Participates in/has exposure to the development of client marketing strategy.
  • Knows when to escalate potential problems.
  • Acts as key collaborator with internal and client
  • Is able to partner with organize and navigate assignments effectively.
  • Evaluates creative work and provides feedback for revisions as needed.
  • Able to adequately represent and advocate client interests to team.
  • Collaborates with team at appropriate times to ensure consensus around scoping project approach etc.
  • Partners with Analytics team to prepare campaign reporting/tracking that is actionable and easy to understand. Experience with Salesforce is helpful
  • Effectively and proactively communicates to client issues that can result in a scope change.
  • Manages your project budgets and issues change orders with oversight.
  • Monitors critical project handoffs.
  • Initiates presents and drives to completion valueadded projects (participation dependent on level of complexity.
  • Understands the implications of business strategy on project decisions.
  • Responsible for weekly/monthly project status reports delivery of timely conference reports.
  • Sets up meetings includes the correct people and provides accurate agendas and precise actionable meeting notes.
  • Ensures weekly updates of status report are completed.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once utilizing the correct processes and maintaining timeliness.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Established track record of successfully coordinating client initiatives.
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 25 years industry experience with digital or CRM background.
  • Agency experience a must.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns (including CRM digital)
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and organize ideas well.
  • Capable of presenting ideas/new opinions with confidence.
  • Attention to detail and client brand guidelines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and respond quickly as business factors shift.
  • Ability to think strategically creatively and holistically about client opportunities.
  • Has a passion for doing great work.
  • Ability to work with team members across two offices.
  • Ability to communicate and convey ideas professionally with client and dealers.
  • May include travel.

RAPPs current hybrid model is designed to enable inperson connections and collaboration that is core to our culture while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such we have the option to work from home two days per week if wed like.

This range is specific to NYC and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill set experience and training certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
