Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Orders Specialist you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for Brivos customers and partners. Youll be responsible for accurately managing and processing customer orders while collaborating across teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the customer journey.

This is a USbased remote or hybrid position. Candidates who live within 30 miles of a Brivo office are expected to work onsite 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Process Customer Orders: Accurately manage incoming sales orders ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with teams including Sales Finance and Operations to resolve orderrelated issues and improve workflows.
  • Customer & Partner Support: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from resellers prospects and internal stakeholders via email Slack and phone.
  • Order Review & Approval: Conduct thorough reviews of sales orders to ensure all required documentation and information are complete before processing.
  • Product & Industry Knowledge: Stay current on Brivos offerings and industry trends to effectively represent the brand in external communications.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in sales order processing sales operations or a related administrative role;preferably in a B2B or SaaS work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and professionally engage with internal and external stakeholders; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with technology and cloudbased tools; experience with G Suite CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) Microsoft Office and NetSuite preferred.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Confident in explaining technical concepts and troubleshooting orderrelated issues.
  • A team player who takes initiative and enjoys working in a collaborative supportive environment.


The total compensation package for this fulltime nonexempt position includes an hourly pay range of $27.00 $30.00 an hour. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate including jobrelated skills experience qualifications work location training and market conditions. In addition to cash compensation (includes base salary and where applicable may include incentive or overtime pay) Brivonians are eligible for benefits & perks based on their work locations.
