MHC Healthcare is hiring qualified and motivated Rad Techs to join out healthcare team! We have clinics throughout Maryland DC and Virginia. We have parttime and fulltime opportunities available. We can accommodate your current schedule. Rad Techs will be working with patients who suffered injuries from auto accidents workers comp and other personal injuries. MHC Healthcare focuses primarily on acute personal injuries. XRay and Rad techs will work with a team including medical doctors physician assistants chiropractors and administrative staff. MHC Healthcare has been in business for over thirty years and we have 80 clinic locations. This role is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians and chiropractors in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency while maintaining a compassionate and professional approach with patients who may be in pain or distress.

Schedule for XRay/Rad Tech: 12 days per week if youre available. 10:00am 6:30 Monday thru Thursday. 9 to 5:30 on Fridays. No nights! No weekends! PartTime and FullTime options available!

Compensation for XRay/Rad Tech: Negotiable (competitive salary based on experience)

Requirements as a XRay/Rad Tech:

• MHC Healthcare is hiring XRay/Rad techs with Proof of ARRT Certification
• XRay techs Must be licensed in Maryland DC or Virginia
• Experience with personal injury patients preferred but not required

XRay/Rad Tech Duties include:

• XRay/Rad Techs will use imaging machines to examine a patients internal structures to assess their overall health
• Provide proper radiation protection and quality care to patients
• Select proper technical factors and operate equipment in a safe effective manner
• Perform all duties necessary in the positioning and radiating of patients
• Conduct image processing and quality control
• Educate patients regarding exposure
• Follow instructions from Physicians regarding which area of the patients body needs imaging
• Talk to the patient through the procedure and answer questions to lower their anxiety
• Maintain good patient records
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and state privacy laws
