Position Overview
As Project Manager youll play a vital role in managing the daytoday operations of our installation team. Youll collaborate closely with sales technicians clients and leadership ensuring that every project remains on track from planning through completion.
This role requires a dynamic selfstarter with strong communication and problemsolving skillssomeone who takes initiative aligns teams and is committed to delivering exceptional results. This is a fulltime inperson position based at our College Station location with occasional travel to nearby project sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion
  • Proactively organize materials and resources to maintain workflow
  • Coordinate installations between the sales and technical teams
  • Develop and manage project schedules balancing resources and deadlines
  • Maintain timely professional communication with clients to foster strong relationships
  • Track project progress and ensure materials are on hand as needed
  • Plan and communicate daily technician schedules for maximum efficiency
  • Ensure all equipment is staged and ready before deployment
  • Monitor project activity throughout the day to minimize delays and downtime
  • Adhere to project management best practices including status updates documentation and timeline management
  • Identify and implement ongoing process improvements
  • Perform additional duties to support team and project success
Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in project coordination or management strongly preferred; candidates with significant AV experience and leadership skills will also be considered
  • Background in construction AV integration electrical or a related field is strongly preferred
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable with a strong record of punctuality and attendance
  • Proficient with desktop and mobile computing tools
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record required
  • Technical degree a plus but not required
