Job Description

Join our team at Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Part Time Behavioral Specialist at our New Vista Day Program for Adolescents in Provo Utah. This exciting role allows you to make a real difference in the lives of young individuals who are navigating behavioral health challenges. As a Behavioral Specialist you will have the opportunity to work directly with our clients providing support engaging in therapeutic activities and promoting positive behavior management. This position will not only allow you to apply your skills and knowledge in a meaningful way but also grow both personally and professionally through handson experience in the field of behavioral health. Pay is from $16.25 $20.59.

Make a difference as a Behavioral Specialist

As a new Behavioral Specialist at Wasatch Behavioral Health we offer a competitive wage of $15.93$20.19 per hour you can expect each day to bring new and rewarding challenges. Your responsibilities will involve assisting clients with daily living activities implementing behavioral support plans facilitating social skills development and documenting progress. Additionally you will participate in team meetings collaborate with other professionals and communicate effectively with both clients and their families. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday with hours varying between 6:00 am to 6:00 pm providing you with flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
