Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Director to oversee and scale marketing initiatives across our multistate healthcare agency. This highimpact remote role (with travel as needed) demands a bold leader with extensive experience in marketing strategy brand development lead generation and crossfunctional team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of driving significant growth in healthcare organizations and leading highperforming marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Build and lead a highperforming multidisciplinary marketing team
- Drive lead generation brand awareness and market expansion across multiple states
- Oversee digital marketing content strategy PR events and partnership development
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing with overall company objectives
- Represent the brand at conferences industry events and stakeholder meetings
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of senior marketing experience preferably in a multistate healthcare organization
- Proven success in scaling marketing teams and initiatives
- Expertise in digital marketing brand management and lead generation
- Exceptional leadership communication and strategic thinking skills
- Willingness to travel for company initiatives and events
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
Salary: $200000$300000 (based on experience)
Location: Remote within the USA (Travel Required)
