Role Overview
As CRO youll own topline strategy and drive profitable expansion. Youll set highlevel directionidentifying new channels refining pricing and promotions and building dashboardswhile empowering our Director of Sales to execute daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and execute longterm revenue growth plans

• Uncover new opportunities: category channel and product expansions

• Optimize pricing promotions assortment and ad spend with data

• Design frameworks and dashboards for KPI tracking

• Guide sales managers with strategic planning and scalable processes

• Align all revenue activities with company objectives

• Lead investment discussions for growth initiatives

Qualifications

• 5 years in senior ecommerce or digital marketplace revenue roles

• Deep expertise in Amazon (incl. Amazon Business) eBay Walmart and DTC

• Proven record of driving revenue growth and profitability

• Strong analytical strategic and datadriven decisionmaking skills

• Familiarity with marketplace tools and advertising platforms

• Excellent leadership communication and collaborative skills

• Agile in spotting and acting on growth opportunities
