Product Innovation Analyst
Location: Henderson Nevada FullTime/Onsite Industry: Mortgage Servicing
About the Role
Preferred Mortgage Services Inc. (PMSI) is seeking a strategic and analytical Product Innovation Analyst to lead enterpriselevel projects that drive product evolution and operational success. This role will bridge business strategy product development and new client integrations with a strong emphasis on datadriven decisionmaking and project .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead crossfunctional initiatives from ideation to ensuring alignment with business goals
- Analyze market trends user feedback and performance data to inform product enhancements
- Manage project plans timelines and risks for highimpact internal and clientfacing initiatives
- Coordinate new client integrations serving as the central point of contact across teams
- Utilize tools like PowerBI Tableau and JIRA to track KPIs and support strategic reporting
Qualifications
- 57 years of experience in product analysis project management or product design
- Mortgage Servicingexperience is essential for the role
- Proven experience managing enterprisescale projects in the mortgage servicing industry
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools like JIRA MS Project Smartsheet
- Advanced analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Cognitive Science or Industrial Design
Preferred
- Experience with clientfacing consulting or complex integrations
- High proficiency in data visualization and performance reporting tools
