As a Registered/Licensed Nurse at Butterfield Trail Village your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional direct nursing care to our residents ensuring their comfort and wellbeing at all times. You will also take on the essential role of supervising nursing assistants during your shift providing guidance and support in accordance with federal state and facility regulations. This position requires a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality care as outlined by the Director of Nursing Services.
Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a team environment that prioritizes patient safety and excellence in care allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve while upholding the core values of our organization.
To excel as a Registered/Licensed Nurse at Butterfield Trail Village candidates must possess a valid Arkansas State Nursing License and ideally have at least one year of prior nursing experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for developing positive relationships with residents families and staff ensuring a customercentric approach to care. The ability to critically assess situations define problems and draw valid conclusions is crucial for providing highquality nursing supervision. Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills allowing them to prioritize job responsibilities effectively while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
