As a Scanner you will be responsible for scanning and digitizing important documents and records to maintain organized files and ensure efficient document retrieval.
Responsibilities:
- Scan and digitize documents using scanner equipment
- Organize and maintain digital files in a systematic manner
- Ensure confidentiality and security of scanned documents
- Assist in managing and archiving documents as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience with document scanning is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment
