Job Description

Kalispell Ford is seeking a cashier and document scanner for their friendly and fast paced team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude be independent and flexible. This individual will assist customers with vehicle related transactions scan documents file documents and perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • $18.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Schedule: M-F 9am 6pm

WHAT YOULL DO

  • Answer phones and direct caller to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
  • Determine the customers bill using the dealerships computer system
  • Receive cash checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
  • Scan and Archive select dealership documents for digital storage
  • File select documents
  • Generate documents pertinent to the auto industry
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
  • Communicate with customers and callers in a professional and friendly manner handle customer complaints as needed and refer customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
  • Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
  • Be courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
  • Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

WHAT YOULL NEED

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
  • Ability to communicate customers interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Clean driving record
  • No experience necessary

You may be an excellent candidate for this opportunity if you have experience in an office setting customer relations payment processing automotive industry automotive service administrative assistant multi-line phone multi-line switchboard receptionist hospitality and customer support.

All offers of employment contingent on background check (7-years) and non-DOT pre-employment drug screening.
Per Montana state law employment subject to 1-year probationary period.
