Coordinator ITCompliance

Job Description

We are now looking for you a coordinator withworking knowledge from leading change initiatives and manage communication in a global company to join our ITCompliance team in Lund.

Who is your future team
IT Compliance belongs to IT Governance and we are a team of specialists that collaborate crossfunctional in Axis as well as with stakeholders of global spread. We are specialists in privacy (GDPR) in information security compliance frameworks and in contract management related to of the ITCompliance team responsibility is also tostaycompliant with international regulations and standards (ISO27001 etc) leading to that we actively coach the Axis organization and shares recommendation of corrective actions with objective to continuously improve Axis security we operate across the Axis organization it requires us to secure we have efficient stakeholder networks and that we communicate regularly in these networks.

What youll do here as Coordinator IT Compliance

  • Actively propose scope project plan and implementation of various change and / or communication initiatives e.g. new ways of working in ITCompliance / ITGovernance or coordinate communication projects together with us in ITCompliance:Change managementis a natural component of all these initiatives.
  • Coordinate and create communication activities to our stakeholders: Input onWHATneeds to be communicated comes from the team you define HOW to communicate it!
  • Lead and report progress / challenges of ITCompliance initiatives to ITG management team: May includecoordination cross functional teams & projectsas well

Who are we looking for

To succeed in this position you have a proven track record of coordinating / leading initiatives in a global context. Your stakeholder and communication management skills will be key. Change management with regards to ways of working should be one of your work experiences. You are a good communicator with strong people and networking skills. You have strong Leadership qualities and a strategic mindset with operational skill.


Wed love to hear that you have/are:

  • Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
  • Experience from global organizations
  • Selfdriven problemsolving mindset and a responsive team player
  • Excellent in Swedish and English both written and speech
  • Experience from coordinating and driving change and communication initiatives where experience in this area for a few years is seen as a merit


In short we believe that a successful candidate for this role besides genuine project coordination experiences has a strong personal drive enjoy implementation of changes with developed people management and communication skills.
