Air Squared Manufacturing Inc. is an OEM manufacturer of scroll type compressors vacuum pumps and expanders for the medical aerospace fuel cell and power generation industries. We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator whose focus will be responsible for managing inventory levels to ensure there are enough products to meet demand. They will also receive store and distribute material and products within the warehouse and manufacturing floor.

Pay Range: $22 $25 / hour based on qualifications and experience

Warehouse Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Shipping unloading trucks receiving products against purchase orders in ERP
• Issue parts to work orders in ERP system and physically bring part to the proper location on the manufacturing floor
• Use ERP to move inventory between warehouse Workinprocess and outside operations.
• Reads customer orders work orders shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved gathered or distributed packaged and/or shipped
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as Part Number Sort Code or Bin Location
• Ensure the Warehouse is clean accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic
• Help put systems in place to increase warehouse organization and efficiency
• Load and transport material via company truck to and from suppliers
• Keep inventory highly organized and ensure all transactions in ERP system are done accurately
• Cycle count inventory on an ongoing basis
• Monitor inventory movements
• Conduct inventory audits investigation and root cause analysis
• Implement efficient inventory management practices
• Generate reports on inventory turnover stock levels and other metrics
• Sweep dust and mop as needed
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned

Warehouse Coordinator Qualifications:

• MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse environment (required)
• Minimum of 2 years experience with inventory control (preferred)
• Experience in database management analyzing and reporting data regarding inventory issues results trends solutions
• Strong organizational skills ability to multitask and ability to exercise independent judgment
• Must be detailoriented
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of ERP software like Global Shop (preferred)
