Job Description
Aeroflow Health Project Manager (Engineering/Ecommerce)
The Opportunity
As a Project Manager at Aeroflow Health youll have the opportunity to drive the growth and evolution of our platform that allows patients to shop for healthcare products and services through an ecommercelike experience. This role combines responsibilities in project management and scrum mastery and will enable you to influence the direction of our platform while ensuring its seamless . Youll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project ensuring it is completed on time and according to spec by planning coordinating and executing tasks managing resources and mitigating risks. This requiring strong leadership organizational and communication skills to guide a team towards successful project delivery.

Your Primary Responsibilities
As a Project Manager you will:
- Manage projects start to finish for the engineering team as a whole
- Work with Product Owners to prioritize work for Webdev teams (roadmap unplanned work bugs etc)
- Work with Engineering Manager in preparation for and potentially lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning backlog grooming demo retrospective and stand up)
- Clear impediments for tickets on scrum or agile team
- Once tickets are dev complete take lead on QA and deployment process to get features live (remediation UAT scheduling etc)
- Help with postlaunch monitoring (Noibu Clarity and other tools)
- Schedule planning and review meetings as needed to keep work moving forward
- Provide status updates on a regular cadence
Skills for Success
We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who:
- Must be efficient with Jira Confluence Google Suite and Slack
- Must be fluent with scrum and kanban agile methodologies
- Constantly looking for new and better ways to accomplish tasks and processes
- Excellent organizational prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Selfstarter proactive deadline driven hands on team player
- Excellent communicator with the ability to track and digest complex technical issues converting into clear and concise next steps
- Detail oriented and punctual with all work you own and touch
- Very familiar with the web development process from ideation to launch and SDLC concepts
- Experience working with the following is a plus: Figma GA4 Noibu Clarity
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 25 yearsof experience as a Product Owner Project Manager or Software Delivery Manager ideally supporting web application or ecommerce development teams.
- Expertise inproject management ticketing and documentation tools.
- Strong understanding of theweb development processfrom ideation to launch.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to develop strong collaborative relationships with crossfunctional teams.
- Excellent organizational prioritization and time management skills.
- Proven ability toadapt to fastchanging prioritiesand thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Experience intechnical liaisonroles including data transformation and website management.
- Experience working in ashared servicesoragency environment.
