We have an exciting opportunity to join our Water Recycling Networks (WRN) team as a Misuse Support lead. This role will support delivering the AMP 8 Misuse strategy across Water Recycling working within the Misuse team youll be an important part of the team. Coordinating the day to day activities that our field resource will undertake reporting our findings to the programme manager and developing and maintaining our benefits trackers.

What will you be doing
Your key duties will include:
Lead and coordinate misuse investigation activity across a variety of locations in both a planned and reactive manner.
Support a culture of innovative forward thinking positive challenge and support throughout the team to reduce misuse events.
Coordinate a process of risk management for operational activity linked to the programme.
Support with the management of workloads and resource across the different strands of the programme.
Work with different business units and enablers to ensure the supply of correct data and information to support with the delivery of effective customer behavioural change.
Develop maintain and visualise a suite of reports across different systems for field performance programme performance and programme benefits
Support the communication of the programme by working with our comms team to deliver an effective customer behaviour change programme across our domestic and commercial customers
What does it take to be a Misuse Support Lead
Possession of robust analytical abilities capable of dissecting data to derive meaningful insights.
Confidence in translating programme related data in an understandable way to a variety of stakeholders.
A positive and collaborative approach to relationship management with the drive to work as part of a wider team.
Knowledge of sewerage asset class and operation is desirable.
A drive to learn and develop understanding of new areas with an always exploring mindset.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including PowerBi and Excel.
Familiarity with systems like SAP or Oracle is desirable.
Appetite to learn new skills and explore data manipulation logic approaches and science
Attention to detail is paramount ensuring accuracy in data management.
Strong evidence of stakeholder management and presenting information to a variety of stakeholder levels.
Prioritisation skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks efficiently to navigating the demands of the role.
The ability to adapt challenge and work comfortably within changing environments.
Full UK driving licence is essential
