Job Description
#SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER by joining a successful Automotive Component Manufacturer who requires the services of a Production Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Must have a minimum of 5 years Production experience within the Automotive Manufacturing or Metal Industry of which a minimum of 3 years must be in a Production Management capacity
- Bachelors Degree or National Diploma in Engineering Production Management or related field is required
- Proficiency in MS Excel Advanced and SYSPRO will be advantageous
- Effective Communication Assertiveness and Meeting Management essential
- Strong knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing Techniques
- Experienced in Staff Management Training and Development Human Resource Development Problem Solving
- Valid Drivers License and own Transport required
- Must be able to provide contactable references and payslips on request
- Basic Salary of R 60 000 negotiable based on experience
- Benefits including Medical Aid and Provident Fund
