Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft highquality responses to motions including summary judgment motions to dismiss and motions in limine
- Prepare and draft discovery responses objections and complaints
- Review and analyze incoming discovery identifying key documents for use in depositions
- Draft critical documents to advance cases towards trial or settlement including demand letters mediation statements witness and exhibit lists and expert disclosures
- Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking skills to drive case strategy and outcomes
- Licensed attorney with strong reasoning and analytical skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced dynamic environment
