Join a Dynamic Team seeking a talented and ambitious attorney to join our busy civil litigation team practicing across the country. As a key member of our team youll have the opportunity to work on complex and highimpact cases gaining valuable experience and expertise in medical malpractice nursing home abuse and public interest law.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough legal research and draft highquality responses to motions including summary judgment motions to dismiss and motions in limine
Prepare and draft discovery responses objections and complaints
Review and analyze incoming discovery identifying key documents for use in depositions
Draft critical documents to advance cases towards trial or settlement including demand letters mediation statements witness and exhibit lists and expert disclosures
Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking skills to drive case strategy and outcomes
Requirements:
Licensed attorney with strong reasoning and analytical skills
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced dynamic environment
