Overview of the Position Responsibilities: Weare looking for a Financial Analyst II to join our FP&A team supporting revenue forecasting headcount planning and sales & marketing operating expense analysis. This role will focus on data analysis financial modeling and reporting automation providing insights that help drive strategic decisionmaking. You will collaborate with the VP of Finance Finance Manager Senior FP&A Analyst and crossfunctional teams to improve forecasting accuracy streamline reporting and enhance datadriven decisionmaking.
*This is a hybrid role based in Denver CO with 3 days in office*
What You Will Do:
Revenue Headcount and Sales & Marketing OpEx Analysis & Forecasting:
Forecast commercial revenue headcount and sales & marketing OpEx.
Analyze variances and provide insights into trends and performance drivers.
Track and report key KPIs including ARPU MRR CAC and customer retention.
Data Analytics & Reporting Automation:
Work with large datasets to improve financial reporting and forecasting accuracy.
Assist in automating recurring reports and dashboards using Excel Power Query and ThoughtSpot.
Support enhancements in Workday Adaptive Planning and other financial systems.
Financial Reporting & Crossfunctional Support:
Prepare financial reports and presentations for leadership discussions.
Collaborate with Sales Marketing and BI teams to ensure accurate reporting and insights.
Contribute to a highimpact growthoriented environment where insights drive meaningful change.
What You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field
3 years of relevant experience in FP&A
Advanced computer skills (MS Excel Word Power Point); Proficient in spreadsheets databases MS Office and data modeling and ability to analyze for insight generation
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Regularly required to talk and hear.
Frequently required to sit stand bend reach push pull and walk.
Required to use hands handle objects and paperwork.
Required to use close vision and be able to focus.
Required to refrain from personal use of technology during working hours.
Required to lift up to 5lbs at a given time.
Salary range: $59500 $77000
