Air Squared Manufacturing Inc. is an OEM manufacturer of scroll type compressors vacuum pumps and expanders for the medical aerospace fuel cell and power generation industries. We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented IT Technician to join our growing IT team. In this role you will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to endusers assist in implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure and contribute to ongoing IT projects and process improvements. Reporting directly to the IT Administrator you will play a critical role in daytoday operations including troubleshooting hardware and software issues supporting user onboarding/offboarding writing and maintaining IT policies and procedures and participating in both routine maintenance and strategic IT initiatives.
Pay Range: $22 $26 / hour based on qualifications and experience

IT Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Install configure and support desktops laptops printers software and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues via inperson phone or remote support tools
- Assist in hardware deployments upgrades and replacements
- Document IT procedures user guides and internal policies to ensure consistency and clarity
- Support system updates patching and routine maintenance tasks
- Participate in IT projects including software rollouts network upgrades and new technology implementations
- Maintain accurate records of issues assets and service history
- Coordinate with vendors and other departments when needed for technical support or procurement
IT Technician Qualifications:
- RESUME MUST BE SUBMITTED TO BE CONSIDERED
- Associates degree and/or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problemsolving
- Solid understanding of Windows OS Microsoft 365 and common desktop applications
- Familiarity with Active Directory group policies and basic networking concepts
- Experience with common software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow with the role
- Ability to explain technical issues in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
