KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):
- Takes the lead for followup and resolution of delivery issues via email or phone by customers stores and drivers.
- Compiles and maintains Distribution Center statistics via review of delivery documents. Has familiarity of statistics to draw insights on current delivery needs.
- Contacts and surveys delivery customers directly and lead these services for priority and complex situations
- Reviews upcoming delivery routes for to maximize delivery capacity and costeffective routes.
- Order receive monitor and schedule parts for company and customerowned merchandise being repaired before storage or delivery.
- Assist walkin customers needing assistance with pickup orders.
- Completes other duties as assigned
SCOPE & IMPACT:
Supports the retail store locations within the established distribution region. The success of this role will be measured by the number of store or customer issues and the result of the resolution to the customers or stores satisfaction.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or Ged Required with one or more years of relevant experience
- Prior experience with RMS Systems
- Proficiency with Office software including email excel word and potentially powerpoint. Requires the interest and aptitude to learn and use the RMS WMS system indepth and repeatedly.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Office environment / no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands. Often required to sit repetitive hand motion (such as typing) hear listen talk stand and walk. Seldom required to bend stoop climb stairs climb ladders kneel squat reach overhead push pull. Not required to Crouch crawl or shovel.
