Change Management Specialist

Ergon Inc. seeks a fulltime Change Management Specialist to join our team. The Change Management Specialist will lead efforts to drive successful organizational transitions by managing projects analyzing stakeholders and developing effective communication strategies. This role involves creating engagement initiatives establishing feedback mechanisms such as change readiness surveys and building a strong change network to support adoption. The specialist will enhance overall readiness and alignment with business objectives by ensuring seamless implementation.

Change Management Specialist Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute change management activities to support successful business transformation
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure they are properly prepared and equipped for change
• Conduct change impact assessments to identify key changes and develop mitigation strategies
• Lead crossfunctional teams to drive change initiatives
• Support communication and training activities to ensure change is understood and adopted by employees
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make recommendations for improvement

Change Management Specialist Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Organizational Development or related field
• 15 years of experience in organizational change management project management or related field
• Certification in change management preferred (e.g. Prosci CCMP)
• Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives
• Strong understanding of and experience in applying project management principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
