Mn Adult & Teen Challenge is a leader in the recovery community offering a broad spectrum of treatments services and recovery programs for men women and teens across Minnesota. Open shifts:
1 PT shift open 16 hours per week (pay is $17.40/hr which INCLUDES shift differential)
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Purpose: To provide supervision to clients that ensures their safety and wellbeing; to assist clients in making choices that are in their long term best interests. This is an awake overnight position.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Client Supervision:
Lead and supervise clients in the short term program on the residential housing floor and during all duties and activities during the course of the work shift.
Overnight Staff: Ensure clients are sleeping and in their rooms security checks assist clients who are having trouble sleeping.
Minimum Qualifications:
Documented 1 year freedom from chemical use problems (including tobacco alcohol).
Strong ability to relate to and mentor people with lifecontrolling problems.
Strong leadership skills (one on one and group situations).
Ability to remain on task and follow through on multiple concurrent assignments with frequent interruptions.
Ability to successfully complete background check process.
Possession of a valid drivers license and a clean driving record and ability to be insured under organizations vehicle insurance carrier.
Must possess a MN state drivers license or be willing to transfer out of state license to MN state drivers license.

Compensation:
Weekday 1st shift & 2nd shifts: 7am 3pm): Base Rate $17/hr
Weekday or Weekend 3rd shift 11pm 7am): $4/hr shift differential $4 base rate of $17 $21/hr)
Weekend 1st shift & 2nd shift: $2/hr shift differential $2 base rate of $17 $19/hr)
