Job Description

TMG is looking for highly motivated enthusiastic team players interested in a career rather than just a job. With a team of over 1500 nationwide associates TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30 years of success in the industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
  • Oversee daily/monthly reporting.
  • Maintain records and files.
  • Ensure all equipment is in proper working order.
  • Respond to client issues and ensure appropriate escalation processes are followed by communicating critical issues to National Account Manager without delay.
  • Interface with the client contact.
  • Handle all facility calls and tickets from customers by submitting requests to landlord and following requests until completion completed.
  • Enter activity data in logs maintain records.
  • Responsible for receiving sorting and distributing incoming mail (e.g. letters parcels U.S. Postal and interdepartmental) to appropriate recipients and departments.
  • Manage inventory and distribute; paper paper towels visitor badges parking passes
  • Request new ID badges for new employees via landlord
  • Change toner cartridges in printers
  • Perform monthly refrigerator cleaning
  • Other duties as assigned by customer and/or Operations Manager.
