Job Description
Salary:$75K $80K
Schedule:M F 7am 3:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Overseeand managedrywall installation projectsfrom initial planning to completion
- Ensurecompliance with specifications safety regulations and quality standard
- Directly supervising drywall installers ensuring they adhere to project plans and safety protocols
- Developing and maintaining project schedules managing timelines and addressing potential delays
- Conductregular inspections to ensure highquality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Leadsubcontractorsand labor crews fostering a collaborative work environment
- Serveas the main point of contact for clients architects and other relevant stakeholders ensuring clear and effective communication
- Addressand resolve any potential conflicts that may arise on the project
- 5 years of superintendent experience overseeing commercial drywall and IMP/ACM installation
