Overview
The Floor Supervisor will manage staff handle customer issues and oversee safety compliance onsite at Halidom Eatery ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. Halidom Eatery hosts 10 diverse food vendors and features the beautiful Bar La Rose serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. The atmosphere is elevated casual contemporary and energetic. Candidates will have supervisory experience in a restaurant environment.

Compensation: $20.00 $22.00 USD/hr full benefits options
Onsite parking lot is free and guarded by security.Access to employeeonly cafe and break space with free snacks and refreshments.
This is a full time hourly paid position. Attendance requirements will vary based upon operating hours and events.
Responsibilities
The Floor Supervisor will manage staff handle customer issues and oversee safety compliance onsite at Halidom Eatery ensuring smooth and efficientdaily operations. Responsibilities:
- Supervising and Managing Staff: This includes scheduling training and evaluating staff performance
- Customer Service: Ensuring a positive dining experience addressing complaints and maintaining high service standards
- Food Safety and Quality: Overseeing food preparation storage and serving ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels ordering supplies and managing costs
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in the restaurant adhering to regulatory standards
- Operational Efficiency: Ensuring smooth restaurant operations optimizing workflows and addressing issues promptly
- Financial Management: Managing cash flow processing payments and potentially managing budgets
- Communication: Communicating effectively with staff customers and suppliers
- Hiring and Training: Participating in the hiring process and providing training to new and existing staff
Qualifications
Candidates will have supervisory experience in a restaurant environment. Other qualifications include:
- Experience with social media management and sales tools; CRM
- Legal authorization to work for any employer in the US
