In the heart of town our hotel is minutes from Union Street. At Residence Inn Aberdeen well make sure you are supported in your role and are welcomed into our culture.
We welcome extendedstay guests and families whether for business or leisure with a perfect combination of style and convenience creating a homefromhome experience. Our hotel consists of 126 spacious suites including bedroom separate living area with work space and a fully equipped kitchen for a comfortable stay in Aberdeen.
Role Overview:
Front of House Manager for the rooms division including a Food and Beverage outlet serving only breakfast and drinks. The role is the only Operational Head of Department on property full time and is key in administering front office functions and supervising staff daily. Front of House areas include Guest Services/Front Desk Breakfast and Kitchen team and liaising with Engineering on guest room directs and works with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient running of the hotel operation. Ensures guest and employee satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the department.
