Job Description
A Nationwide Plaintiffs firm based in East Bay is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney. This position is open to recent graduates those with 12 years of experience and senior level attorneys. The ideal candidate will be compassionate driven and eager to grow with a great firm.
Responsibilities:
- Handle your caseload from inception to resolution
- Manage discovery evidentiary hearings ADR settlement negotiations and trial preparation
- Secondchair trials with the opportunity to firstchair down the line
Candidate Parameters:
- Personal injury experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to representing plaintiffs
