Job Summary

Personal Support Worker (PSW) Windsor Youth with Autism

Personal Support Worker (PSW) needed in Sandwich Town Windsor to support a youth with autism and complex special needs. Earn $23 per hour work steady shift rotations (7 AM3 PM 3 PM11 PM 11 PM7 AM) and apply must have NVCI (nonviolent crisis intervention training) or Safe Management Group certification.

About the Role

HealthOPM is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide one-on-one care and behavioral support to a male youth with autism and complex special needs. This is a temporary role through our staffing agency offering consistent hours and the opportunity to make a direct impact.

Pay & Perks

Hourly rate: $23 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Flexible weekday or weekend scheduling

Supportive agency team and compliance assistance

Gain hands-on experience supporting youth with complex needs

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and daily living support

Use NVCI or Safe Management Group training to ensure safety

Assist in de-escalating and managing challenging behaviors

Communicate effectively with client staff and HealthOPM

Schedule

Weekday (MonFri) or weekend (SatSun) availability

Shifts: 7 AM 3 PM 3 PM 11 PM 11 PM 7 AM

Qualifications

Current PSW certification

NVCI or Safe Management Group certification required

Experience supporting youth with autism and behavioral challenges
