Job Description

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
Principal Purpose of Position:
- Process requests to pull titles and deliver titles to the appropriate area
- Support Vehicle Remarketing and Buy Direct Title processes
- Ensure proper document checkin and checkout processes are followed
- Files all titles that are housed in our vaults.
- Maintains and ensures data integrity of vehicle information
- Works closely with Licensing Analysts on client specific parameters
- Participates in special projects as assigned
Knowledge and Skill:
- Must have the ability to communication effectively with all levels of employees customers and vendors
- Must have excellent organization skills detail oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities to meet required deadlines
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high level of attention to detail is required
- Must have a functional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
Education and/or Training:
- Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required

Pay:
