Job Description

The Global Ecommerce Roadmap Project Manager will play a key role in supporting and organizing projects and initiatives within TVHs Ecommerce department. This position involves managing multiple projects simultaneously assisting with project planning and coordinating implementation. Additionally the role may include serving as the lead Project Manager for smallerscale projects.

Your role and responsibilities

Youll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:

  • Assisting in prioritizing and executing crossdepartmental Ecommerce initiatives providing regular status updates to the Global Head of Ecommerce

  • Endtoend coordination of Ecommerce project activities in alignment with departmental and companywide objectives

  • Communicating new developments goals procedures and project statuses across departments

  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of documentation including writing and editing reports presentations and summaries

Your Profile

Were looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:

  • A bachelors degree is highly preferred along with a minimum of 5 years of functional project management experience in an Ecommerce environment

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions

  • A demonstrated proactive and agile approach to work with strong problemsolving capabilities

  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities

  • Excellent time management skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to effectively engage with and support diverse teams and personalities

  • Comfort working in fastpaced environments with shifting priorities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail Calendar Sheets Drive etc.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and ServiceNow is a plus
